Configuring Dropbox
Setting up a Dropbox Folder
To create a Dropbox folder, click "New Folder"

In the "New Folder" box, add a title, due date, and instructions for your students. You can attach a document and even record audio or video instructions. You can also link the Dropbox guide to a Grade item so that evaluating the Dropbox submissions will populate the student's gradebook.

Expand the "Availability Dates & Conditions" menu to add start and end dates, release conditions, and special access as needed.

Expanding the "Submission & Completion" menu give you the options to:
Make it a group assignment if you have groups set up in your course.
Choose the file submission type (file, text, etc.)
Choose how many files a student can submit and of what type (pdf, images, and videos, etc.)
You can decide if the Dropbox will keep all submissions or only the most recent one.

In the "Evaluation & Feedback" box, you can connect the Dropbox to a rubric.
You can also connect it to Turnitin, if you are using it in your course.
Once you're happy with your Dropbox settings, you can toggle it to be visible/hidden to your students, then "Save and Close"
