Choosing the Right Place to Store Your Files

Microsoft 365 offers OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint to store, share, and collaborate on files. Choose the platform based on who needs access to your files and how they will be used.

  1. OneDrive - Individual Storage
Think of OneDrive as your individual storage space, similar to your H: drive. It is intended for work-related files that are for your individual use or are still in draft form. By default, your files are private until you choose to share them.
  2. Microsoft Teams – Team Collaboration
Use Teams to collaborate with colleagues, share project files, and communicate through chats, calls, and meetings.
  3. SharePoint – Shared Document Storage
Use SharePoint to centrally store and manage documents that need to be accessed by teams, departments, or faculties, such as official policies, procedures, and shared resources.

How do I access OneDrive?

You can access your Fleming OneDrive online in either of the following ways:

Share Files and Folders in OneDrive

OneDrive makes it easy to securely store, access, and share files and folders from anywhere. Instead of sending email attachments, you can share a single version of a file, control who can view or edit it, and collaborate in real time while keeping everyone up to date with the latest changes.
