Service Overview
The Cisco Webex suite of real-time collaboration tools provides chat, video/voice meetings & calls, screen sharing & whiteboard and more. It facilitates meetings, doing group work, hosting guest speakers and recording lectures. For employees with phone extensions, it also functions as a softphone.

Getting Started
Fleming's Webex website can be found at:
Log in to Fleming's Webex website as follows:
- In your web browser visit: flemingcollege.webex.com
- Click [ Sign in ] in the top-right corner.
- Enter your Fleming email address in the format of: firstname.lastname@flemingcollege.ca, and click [ Sign In ].
- If redirected and prompted, proceed to log in. (Note: this window is asking for your username in the format username@flemingcollege.ca.
- And finally, this third page is asking for just your username, followed by your password.
Webex Support:
Use the [ Create Ticket ] button to request any of the following:
- Assistance with installing the Webex application.
- Assistance with signing into the application.
- Assistance with joining/hosting Webex meetings.
