The Cisco Webex suite of real-time collaboration tools provides chat, video/voice meetings & calls, screen sharing & whiteboard and more. For employees with phone extensions, it also functions as a softphone.

  • Assistance with installing the Webex application. 
  • Assistance with signing into the application. 
  • Assistance with joining/hosting Webex meetings.

Webex calling is a service feature incorporated into the Webex app that allows you to make and receive phone calls. At Fleming the service is called Unified CM. Ensure that you are using the latest webex app, if you don’t have Webex, you can download it from the Fleming College Webex portal site.
