Service Overview
Fleming College and iCent have developed an app to assist international students in preparing to transition to studies in Canada. The iCent app has many useful features, such as:
- New student arrival checklist
- Immigration information and visa status
- Planning your move and housing support
- Airport arrival, shuttle and transit information
- Appointment booking, networking and events/activities
- Health and wellness information, including campus safety
- Much more
Available To & How to Access
- Students:
- Follow these steps to download the app:
- Visit the App Store or Google Play and download the app
- Enter Canada in the "Institution Country" field
- Enter Fleming College in the "Institution Name" field
- Use your email to register for the app, you will be sent an email with your PIN. Please remember to check your Junk Mail inbox
- Use the PIN to login to the app

Using The iCent App
The use of this app is mandatory for all confirmed international applicants - be sure to download it to help you plan your start at Fleming College as well as to upload your approved study permit. Important messaging and information will be sent directly to you via support@iCent.app email.
Pay special attention to the Mandatory Forms tab – Fleming College needs all international students to submit the necessary forms under this menu. The app will also help establish a communication channel with the international office. Make sure to turn notifications for this app on, so you receive our important updates.
