Service Overview

Access control can fail in several ways requiring different levels of remedy. Some of the issues are as follows
- Card Damage resulting in a lack of feedback(beep,blink) from the reader
- Card reader failure - unable to read or process any credentials
- Strike not releasing - Blown fuse at ACU, Lack of power from ADO
- Door not unlocking due to user not having appropriate access level

Please mention as much detail as possible in reporting your issue for example

  1. Has your OneCard been hole punched or bent to a significant degree?
  2. Was their an audible click at the door?
  3. Does the accessible door operator button open the door from the inside of the space or the outside of the space when pressed?
  4. Did the card reader blink green when your card was presented? If so was it very brief of 1 second or longer?
  5. Is the card reader illuminated red or green?
