Service Overview
Meazure Learning is the exam provider for all exams taken in the Fleming College Real Estate Salesperson/Broker education program. "Meazure Learning is the third-party provider engaged by the Real Estate Council of Ontario for all accredited exams related to Real Estate Education. Please review the Getting Support section for more details about how to get support for scheduling or taking quizzes using Meazure Learning.
Available To
All Learners participating in the Real Estate Salesperson Program must use the Meazure Learning provider for all exams and can be booked virtually or in-person.
All Learners not registered to take exams will see an error message "The authentication request from your portal was incorrectly formed. Please notify your site administrator."

Getting Started
- Before you Register
- Review the Real Estate Council Learner Exam Handbook. This document contains all the information you need to prepare for and take your exams.
- Review the Exam information, Code of Conduct and Misconduct policy available on Real Estate Council - Real Estate Exams
- Review the Real Estate Council - Exam FAQ. This contains information about Exam scheduling and booking and includes links to videos and other resources.
- Once registered you will receive an email and you can Access Meazure Learning system through the Fleming College My Campus > Student Resources > More > Meazure Learning . If you don't see the menu, expand it by clicking the three bars next to view the entire menu.
- Please review the exam preparation material for in-person proctored or virtual proctored exams in the Real Estate Council Learner Exam Handbook and FAQ. For Help on the Proctored Virtual exams you can prepare using Meazure Learning - ProctorU. For Proctored virtual exams you must have 2 web cameras.

Registering for Exams
When you have completed the required coursework for your exam, you will be able so select the related exam.
Fleming College will open access to this exam on your behalf with Meazure Learning. You will receive an email confirming your eligibility to take the exam. Please check your Fleming Email. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you are able to schedule and pay for your exam. If you don't receive an email please contact Contact a Customer Service Advisor on the information provided on the Real Estate Support Portal For more information review this and more in the FAQ.
If you are not registered you will see the following error message "The authentication request from your portal was incorrectly formed. Please notify your site administrator."
Scheduling or Rescheduling Exams
Scheduling and rescheduling exams are handled by Meazure Learning.
Once registered, to schedule an exam you will navigate to your exam through the Fleming College Dashboard - myCampus Portal to access Meazure Learning. You will then be able to complete the scheduling process and pay for your exam by clicking "Book an Exam" and following the prompts on the screen. You will be prompted to select your testing location. You may choose to take the exam remotely via remote proctoring or at an in-person testing centre. Once you have confirmed your appointment time, review the following information and RECO Learner Exam Handbook to ensure you are prepared for exam day.
To reschedule or cancel your exam by visiting the 'Take an Exam' page in the Meazure Exam Platform and clicking 'Cancel' or 'Reschedule'. You must do so at least 24 hours before remotely proctored exam appointments and at least 72 hours before in-person exam appointments. A fee may apply for cancelled or rescheduled exam appointments with less notice.
