Overview
Email forwarding automatically redirects new incoming emails to an additional email address. Students who do not log into their Fleming account regularly can use this feature to ensure they receive Fleming email communications in a timely fashion.
Following the College's User Account Management Policy (6-602), student accounts are disabled after 16 months without a timetabled course or other academic activity. Once your account is disabled, you will lose access to your Fleming email. It is recommended that, before losing access, you set up email forwarding to an alternate email. How to setup Email forwarding in Outlook
1. Go to https://outlook.office.com/ and sign into your Fleming email
2. Click on the Settings Icon in the top right
3. Go to the "Mail" tab, then the "Forwarding" tab.
4. Turn on forwarding, type in the desired forwarding address. You also have an option to keep a copy of the messages in the mailbox if you like.
5. Press "Save" to make this active.

Additional Information
Please note that as soon as you turn this on, all your emails will be forwarded. If you did not check "Keep a Copy of Forwarded messages" then you will no longer have new messages appear in your inbox.
