Overview
Account lifecycle management is required to ensure the viable operation of College IT systems. As a Fleming College student, if you have not been enrolled in a Fleming College course in over 16 months, your account will be disabled. Once your account is disabled, you will lose complete access to College IT resources. This includes but is not limited to your Fleming email, Microsoft Office resources and MyCampus.
Former students are encouraged to copy any personal items they may wish to retain to personal storage, in advance of their Fleming account being disabled.
As per 6-602 IT User Account Management Policy, student user accounts are to be disabled and eventually deleted once a student is no longer actively enrolled at Fleming College.
Account Disable & Delete Timeline
Account Disabled - 16 months after not being enrolled in a Fleming College course.
Account Deletion - 8 months from the account disable date, or stated another way, 24 months after not being enrolled in a Fleming College course.
