Troubleshooting

The sign-in page asks for a Fleming email address

Although the page displays a Fleming-branded sign-in screen, external users should enter the email address that received the SharePoint invitation.

I did not receive a verification code

  • Check your Junk or Spam folder.
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address.
  • Select Send code again if necessary.

The link does not work

Contact the person who shared the content and request that they verify:

  • The file or folder is still shared.
  • Access was granted to the correct email address.
  • The shared link has not been removed or expired.

Additional Information

  • Email One-Time Passcode (OTP) authentication is available for external recipients accessing SharePoint content shared from Fleming College Microsoft 365 services.
  • Access is tied to the email address that received the invitation.
  • The email address entered during sign-in must match the email address used when the SharePoint item was shared.
  • Additional Microsoft prompts such as Terms of Use or Stay Signed In may appear depending on the recipient's account status.
