NOTE FOR INSTALLING RESPONDUS ON A CHROMEBOOK

Lockdown Browser requires that the pop-up blocker is either disabled or that an exception is made for the Fleming’s Desire2Learn page prior to starting the test. This cannot be skipped and the test will not properly start until this is done – an error message will not appear, you’ll just be brought back to the page to launch the quiz.

Instructions on how to do this are found here: https://support.respondus.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409604356123-D2L-Brightspace-Cannot-move-past-the-start-quiz-page
