Remote-Site Computers

Campus computers are accessible at Fleming College campuses, and remote-site computers are accessible at remote-site locations. Remote-site computers are not on Fleming’s main network; however, they still offer access to several products and services found on campus computers.

Requirements

  • Active Fleming College network account
  • Fleming Remote-Site Computer
  • Internet connection

 

Remote-Site: How to Sign In

Username
You may need to sign in with your username in a special format: username@flemingcollege.ca

For example,
if your name were “John Doe”
and username were “jdoe”
and email address were “john.doe@flemingcollege.ca”
your username in this special format would be “jdoe@flemingcollege.ca”

Password
Use the same password that you use for myCampus.

Note—remote-site computers need an internet connection.

Remote-Site: How-to Save Data

You should save your data on a cloud-based storage service, such as OneDrive or MyWorkDrive, or on removable media, such as a USB flash drive.

Access to local hard drives of Fleming computers—campus computers and remote-site computers—is limited, and personal data on these computers may be deleted after signing out.
