Print from an Apple Device (IOS, MacOS)

This article guides users on using the Find-Me printing feature at Fleming College with an Apple device (IOS and MacOS). Users can send print jobs to the printer and use a Mobile device to securely release your prints at your desired printer.

Overview

Find-Me Printing allows you to send print jobs to a universal queue and release them at any printer on campus, providing flexibility and convenience. This guide will walk you through how to print from a personal apples device, including IOS and MacOS (MacBook, iPhone, iPad).

How to Print using an APPLE Device

1. Connect to the College Wi-Fi network. (Student or Staff). **Guest Wi-FI will not work**
2. Open the document you wish to print
3. Press "Print" and you will be brought to the print menu
4. Select one of the following printers:

• Colour_Find-Me Virtual Queue
• Grayscale_Find-Me Virtual Queue

       5. Adjust the print options if needed and press "Print" (Printer icon).

       6. You will be promoted to enter your MyCampus username and password. 

       7. Go to a college printer and Log into the Printer.

       8. Release your Print job(s).

Troubleshooting

• The printers are not showing up on my Apple Device? Ensure you are using "Student" or "Staff" Wi-Fi. **Guest Wi-FI will not work**

• I sent my print job but it does not show up on the printer? In step 6, you have likely entered an invalid username and/or password. Please try again.
