Immediate or scheduled removal of a user's access to their Fleming account. In various circumstances revoking a user's access to Fleming IT resources may be necessary.
For confidential requests please contact the CIO or IT Service Desk Manager directly. Requests created using this form are visible to all ITS staff.

Staff: Managers, HR, Campus Security or Student Rights and Responsibilities.

For employees leaving Fleming College, we typically need to know:
- What should their out-of-office email responder say? Who else to contact in their absence?
- Does anyone require access to their mailbox, H: drive and OneDrive resources? (Typically this is their supervisor and/or role backfill to ensure continuity of college operational work as per OP #6-601.)
- Who has or will collect their equipment upon departure and turn it over to the IT Service Desk?
