Service Overview

Request an appointment with an Audio Visual /Multi-Media (AV/MM) staff member to discuss the requirements for your upcoming event. Common services include:

• Set up the required AV/MM equipment in the designated event/meeting space.
• Operate the AV/MM equipment and meeting software during the event.
• Provide testing or stand-by support for self-hosted events.

All Users.

Public use must first be arranged with Fleming College Conference Services.
