If you are currently experiencing a system problem or outage, not otherwise reported by our Status & Alerts service, please click [ Report a Problem ] to notify the ITS Department of the issue.

On-call Incident Response - After Hours & Weekend

After 5:00 pm on weekdays and during the weekends, limited IT support is available for critical incidents impacting all users. The response is best-effort and triaged by an on-call member of the ITS Management Team. This means we will assess the problem and use the “call-back” processes in the collective agreement to attempt to solve the problem.
