Service Overview
Brightspace by D2L is the Learning Management System (LMS) used at Fleming College. D2L is used for both core academic delivery and employee training.
myCourses (D2L) - The academic delivery D2L site that contains all courses that students and faculty members are enrolled in according to their timetable
FlemingLearn (D2L) - The training & development site that contains training for employees. This training content is administered by the Human Resources (HR) department, with technical support provided by the ITS department.
Available To
myCourses (D2L) (Staff & Students)
New students get access to D2L once they are enrolled in at least one timetabled course for the current semester.
Students without a timetable will not have D2L access. Please consult with the Registrar's Office if you do not have a timetable.
Fleming Learn (D2L) (Employees/Student Employees)
Staff will gain access to FlemingLearn with their associated employee group only if they have an active employment record with HR and their start date has occurred. Student Workers who have a student and a student worker account should log in with their student account to take any relevant training. Students completing a placement with the college will need to have their manager/supervisor create a ticket to be manually created inside of FlemingLearn, as there is no employment record with HR created for a placement to generate an account.
