Adobe Creative Cloud is a suite of desktop applications and online services used for graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography. This software is available on college-owned devices and personal (BYOD) devices belonging to staff or students enrolled in some programs.

Q: What can I try if my login credentials won’t allow me to install?
A: Please try your username in the following format: username@flemingcollege.ca

Q: How do I encrypt a PDF file?
A: Follow these instructions to encrypt the file using Adobe Acrobat DC.

Q: My installer ran but did not fully install, what should I try?
A: Creative Cloud can run into issues if it is installed along side a personal license or alternate corporate license of the product. It is recommended to run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove any existing installs before attempting to install the Creative Cloud application suite again.

Q: What options do I have when my Fleming access expires?
A: Move your Adobe content from your Fleming account to a personal account, allowing you to continue accessing your Adobe files after graduating or any other reason your school license expires.
