Service Overview
The Microsoft Workplace Discount Program allows staff to purchase an annual subscription to Office365 (personal or family) for 30% off, MS Project 2024 and/or MS Visio 2024 for home use on personal (non-college asset) devices, for a 97-99% off (at the time of writing) discount. The purchase transaction is between Microsoft and the staff member. The College merely enables program enrollment based on employment status.
The discount program is for personal (non-College) asset devices only.

Proceed to the discount program page and enter your Fleming email address for verification: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/workplace-discount-program

Keep an eye out for an email from Microsoft with the subject “You’re eligible for the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program”.

Click on the link within the email to activate the program enrollment.

Login with your PERSONAL Microsoft account (also known as a LiveID), not your Fleming account/email address. (If you don’t have a personal Microsoft account you’ll need to create one to complete this purchase.)

Select the plan you wish to purchase and click 'Buy Now'

Check-out and pay for item.

Download and install software.
MS Project/Visio

Scroll down to the FAQ section of the page
