Microsoft Home Use Program (HUP) for Staff

Service Overview

The Microsoft (MS) Home Use Program (HUP) allows staff to purchase MS Project 2019 and MS Visio 2019 for home use on personal (non-college asset) devices, for a low cost of $25 (approx).  The purchase transaction is between Microsoft and the staff member.  The College merely enables program enrollment based on employment status.

The HUP program is for personal (non-College) asset devices only.

Getting Started

1. Click [ Create Ticket ] to request HUP software, specify either Project, Visio or both.
2. An ITS staff member will enroll you into the offering using your Fleming email address.
3. Keep an eye out for an email from Microsoft with the subject “Welcome to the Microsoft Home Use Program”.
4. Click on the link within the email to activate the program enrollment.
5. Login with your PERSONAL Microsoft account (also known as a LiveID), not your Fleming account.  (If you don’t have a personal Microsoft account you’ll need to create one to complete this purchase.)
6. Locate the software and add it to your cart.
7. Check-out and pay for item.
8. Download and install software.
