Service Overview

The College uses Oracle PeopleSoft, branded as Evolve at Fleming, our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Our Evolve system is comprised of the following modules:

• Campus Solutions (CS) that functions as a student information system (SIS)
• Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Financial Management Solution (FMS)

All students and staff.

Getting Started

Access

• Access Evolve at this URL: https://intranet.flemingc.on.ca/
• Or via myCampus using the "Evolve Administrative System" link in the left sidebar.

Support

• Click the [Create JIRA Ticket ] button.

Additional Information

All support tickets related to Evolve will be managed using our JIRA Management tool. Ticket details will be sent to the requestor via email as the ticket is registered.
