Service Overview
Students and Employees who wish to purchase a parking permit or locker can log-in into this system, update their personal and vehicle information, register and purchase a parking permit.

Getting Started
- Visit https://fleming.parkadmin.com/login
- Use your Fleming College login to access the ParkAdmin portal. DO NOT "Create an account"
If you don't know your username and password please seek assistance from the IT Help Desk in person or by phone 705-749-5530 ext 4111 option 1. You may also submit a ticket with the help desk by clicking here.
- Update your User Profile first (Note: you must select a User Type ex. Sutherland Campus Employee FT, Frost Campus Student etc.) once you select a save your User Type you cannot change it so please read the list carefully. The staff at the Info Booth can change it if required.
- Click on the car icon and add at least one vehicle to your profile. You can add up to three vehicles to your profile. You must have the make, model, year, colour, plate number to register a vehicle.

To view a parking price list and campus map click on the Permits menu. Select the type of permit you would like to purchase, reserve it and proceed to payment using our cashless payment options. If you would like to be added to a Premium Permit wait list, please select the Premium Permit Lot wait list of your choice and register yourself. You will be notified when a space becomes available.
