Our virtual queuing system, QLess, allows you to join a virtual line instead of a physical one. With QLess, you can join the line from anywhere, hold your spot, and wait wherever you prefer.

Ways to Join the Line
- Remotely, by signing into our virtual queue -

- Scan the QR code to visit us online.

- Use the on-site kiosk to check in.
- Download the QLessApp from your IOS App or Google Play store.

While You Wait
After joining our virtual line with your smart phone, you will receive status updates on your position in line. You can text any of the following commands for an update:
H - Help, use this command to get additional assistance with QLess.
S - Status update
L - Leave the line
M - Need more time
N# - Notify me # minutes before (i.e. N5 - you will be notified when you are 5 minutes from the front of the line)
J - Join the line again if you accidentally leave it
C - Cancel appointment
When its your Turn
If you provided a phone number when joining the queue, you will receive a text notification advising you to reach a specific counter/station. The “Waiting” and “Serving” queues, along with wait times, will also be displayed on monitors at both the Registrar's Office and IT Service Desk.
FAQ'S
- What are the hours of business?
Our QLess line is available during regular business hours, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri). During these hours, you can join our virtual line from home, on-campus, or anywhere!
Note: Please arrive on campus no later than 30 minutes before closing, regardless of your estimated QLess wait time. If the Office of the Registrar closes at 4:30 PM, you should be on campus no later than 4:00 PM.

If I don't have a cellphone, what should i do?
If you don't have a smartphone, you can still join the QLess virtual line via a On-site kiosk or online methods. If you do not have a cell phone, when asked to enter your cell phone number, please enter 000-000-0000 to continue.

If I dont have a Fleming ID, what should i do?
If you don't have a Fleming ID, enter 000000000 to continue.
- I need to change my appointment time, what should i do?
Unfortunately, QLess does not allow for modifications of appointments. If you need to change your appointment time, cancel your current appointment and make a new one.
