How to Start a MS Teams Meeting in a Cisco Meeting or Classroom

Follow these instructions to start a Microsoft Teams Meeting in any meeting room or hyflex classroom featuring Cisco video/collaboration equipment.

  1. Locate the Video ID included as part of the meeting calendar invitation.
  2. On the in-room Cisco touch panel or board, touch the MS Teams icon.
  3. Enter the Video ID # and click Join.

On the navigator touch the Teams button and in the Video ID field type in the number provided in the scheduled invite.
