Video Conference (with in-room equipment)

Service Overview

Various classrooms and meeting rooms at the College feature in-room video conference equipment to facilitate real-time video, voice and shared-screen collaboration with remote participants.

Available To

The video conference equipment is generally available on a per-room basis, subject to classroom academic scheduling and room booking availability.

Use of applications such as MS Teams and Webex requires a Fleming network account.

Getting Started

Use BookIt to find an available room. When searching BookIt be sure to check "Use additional criteria" and select all available "Audio/Video Conference" and "Webex Teams" options.

We highly recommend testing the in-room equipment and steps to connect before your meeting. Depending on the room configuration, state and meeting application you are using, the steps to start or join a meeting may vary.
