Overview

Find-Me Printing allows you to send print jobs to a universal queue and release them at any printer on campus, providing flexibility and convenience. Secure Print Release ensures your documents are held securely until you release them, preventing unauthorized access. You can release print jobs by logging into the printer or scanning a QR code with your mobile device.

Together, these features offer a flexible, convenient and secure printing solution across the campuses.

Getting Started

If you're unsure which printer to use, we've got you covered. You can now print to our two universal printing queues within the Fleming Print Infrastructure and securely release your jobs at any Find-Me enabled printer across campus.

  • Colour_Find-Me
  • Grayscale_Find-Me

Instructions

  1. Open the document you want to print. Select File > Print.  ​​​​​​
  2. Choose the printing queue, Colour or Grayscale based on your preference. Please note It costs $0.10 for grayscale and $0.40 for colour.  
    If using a Fleming desktop PC, the queues will show up in the list of default printers. If you are using a Mobile device or a laptop, you will need to use PaperCut’s Mobility Print to add them to your device.  
  3. After selecting the printer and other print settings like Duplex, Scaling , finishing options etc., Click on Print

     
  4. A prompt like below will appear and click OK

     
  5. Go to the printer of your choice which is labelled as a release station and log in to collect prints. Here is a list of Printers you can collect your prints from:  Printer List
  6. There are two ways you can release your job:
    • Option 1: Logging into the printer using your Fleming Credentials or by tapping your Fleming Onecard
    • Option 2: Scanning the QR code on the printer to release the job from your phone. 

Option 1: Release your print job using printer

  1. Log in to the printer.
  2. The screen below will appear. Select “Print Release
  3. Check all the jobs you wish to release and press “Print

     
  4. If you have valid funds, your job will then start to print at that printer. 
  5. Please remember to log out by clicking the Exit icon in the top right corner 

Option 2: Release your Print Job Using Mobile Release

If you don't have your Onecard or don't want to log in to printer, you can still release your print using your mobile device. 

  1. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the Student or Staff Wi-Fi. 
  2. Scan the QR code on the printer or go to myprint.flemingcollege.ca/mr  
  3. Log in using your MyCampus username and password

     
  4. Select the printer where you want to print from. Please note: If you scanned the Printer specific QR code, you wont be asked to select printer.

     
  5. Select the Print job and click on “Release”. If you have valid funds, your job will then start to print at that printer. 

Troubleshooting

  • Colour_Find_Me and Grayscale_Find_Me printing queues not available on my desktop PC: Follow this article to add them: Article - How to Add a Printer
  • Issues logging into the printer: Ensure you are entering the correct username and password.
  • Onecard tap not working: It might be an old Onecard. Please contact onecard@flemingcollege.ca 
  • Issues with mobile release: Make sure you are connected to Staff/Students Wi-Fi.
  • Print job not released: Ensure you have enough credits to print it.
  • If you are still having issues, please visit IT Service desk for assistance or submit a ticket to us using Service - Request IT Support.
