Staff are required to complete mandatory annual cybersecurity and privacy awareness training. See details below.

All students & staff have access to additional cybersecurity training resources via the College's LinkedIn Learning subscription.

All Users (Optional) via LinkedIn Learning.

Staff (Mandatory) - The CYBR25 mandatory staff cybersecurity awareness training module is now OPEN. The due date to complete this training course is December 31st, 2025.

CYBR25 Training

Staff CYBR25 Training - Access Instructions:

  1. Follow this click path to access the training module:
    My Campus > Staff Resources > More > Fleming Learn (D2L)
  2. Click the [ Login with Fleming ID (SSO) ] if prompted
  3. From 'My Courses', select 'Information Technology'
  4. Select the course titled 'Cybersecurity Awareness'
  5. Proceed to select the individual course sections and complete the training:

NOTE: Be sure to complete 'Employee Acknowledgement for Policy and Procedure Attestation' after reviewing the IT Policy sections:

Highlights include:

  • Learning about Social Engineering Scams and Attacks
  • Understanding what makes a network trustworthy
  • Learning how to keep your accounts safe
  • Understanding how to safeguard your PC for hybrid work
  • Understanding your role with sensitive information
  • Reviewing IT policies to understand how they relate to being Cyber Safe

LinkedIn Learning (Optional) - Cybersecurity at Work

LinkedIn Learning – The Cybersecurity at Work - LinkedIn Learning course is recommended to anyone looking to increase their cybersecurity awareness of the most common threats you will encounter in the workplace. A certificate of completion will be provided at the end of this course.
