Cybersecurity Awareness Training

Service Overview

All Fleming employees are required to complete mandatory annual cybersecurity and privacy training. For the 2024 calendar year, employees must complete the CYBR24 training module available via PeopleSoft and the CIRA/Beauceron training platform.

All Fleming users (including students) can access additional cybersecurity training resources via the College's LinkedIn Learning subscription.

Available To

Staff (Mandatory) - Employees must been paid by the college in the last 60 days to have an active account on our CIRA/Beauceron training platform.

All Users (Optional) via LinkedIn Learning.

Getting Started

Staff CYBR24 training via CIRA/Beauceron training platform:

1. Follow this click path to access the Evolve training page:
   My Campus > Staff Resources > More > Learning and Development > Mandatory Training > Cybersecurity and Privacy Awareness Training (CYBR24)
2. Click the [ Access Course ] button and log in to the CIRA Training platform.
3. Navigate to the Education tab to see the My Courses section.
4. Click on “CYBER24 (Fleming)” to start the training module. Be patient, it may take a moment to load.
5. Once you have reviewed the training content, return to the CYBR24 Evolve training page (step #1) and click the [ Quiz ] button to take the assessment to complete the training.
