The purpose of the DocuSign system is to provide a transactional signature collection system. It should not be used for document retention or storage beyond the record of the signature transaction.
FAQ
Q: Is there a size limit on attachments within an envelope?
A: Yes, 25 MB is the total maximum attachment size per envelope.
Q: Are DocuSign Templates available?
A: Yes, the DocuSign Template feature is available to specific users upon request. Click [ Create Ticket ] to request this feature addition.
Q: Is there a mobile app?
A: Yes, visit the Apple or Google app stores to download and install the free mobile application.
Q: I already had a DocuSign account using my @flemingcollege.ca email address. What happens to it?
A: This only applies to a small number of users. For users in this scenario you now have two DocuSign profiles. Going forward you will login to DocuSign with your Fleming College email address and current network/SSO password. Once logged in, you will see two profiles when you click on your initials in the top-right corner. Use the ‘Switch Account’ function to toggle between them as needed. Your previous account will remain as is. Going forward use your Org provided DocuSign profile for new envelopes.
Q: On mobile devices, how do I toggle the mobile-friendly view to allow full review of the DocuSign document?
A: The default mobile view will limit the document review screen and focus on signing location. On mobile devices you can toggle the mobile-friendly view to disable this behaviour.
Q: What’s the difference between Decline Signing & Request more information / Correction.
A: You can decline sign if you disagree, but this will waste the Envelope and will be counted toward the licenses and charge fee. To avoid wasting envelopes, simply require more information or correction. The sender is the only person who can correct. Correction can include adding and removing documents, changing recipients. (Please note that Correction is not supported on the mobile application.
