  The Microsoft Office 365 suite of products includes online services and desktop software including:

  • Outlook email services, (also known as Exchange Online & Outlook Web Access)
  • OneDrive file storage (Excluding the OneDrive desktop sync tool not offered by the College.)
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Forms
  • Microsoft Planner
  • Microsoft Bookings
  • Microsoft Stream (video hosting)
  • Desktop and online versions of: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, etc.

Getting Started

Follow these steps to quickly access your Fleming email and OneDrive files from your web browser:

  1. Log in to MyCampus
  2. From the navigation menu click Email or My Files > OneDrive. These MyCampus links will redirect you to the college's Microsoft Office 365 service. 
  3. From within any Office 365 web application, click the waffle icon in the upper-left corner of the screen to navigate between Office 365 applications.

Office 365 Message Encryption (OME) is a service built into Microsoft 365 email at Fleming. It enables you to securely send encrypted emails to internal and external recipients through an email message. Both the body of the email and any attachments are encrypted.
