Service Overview

The College provides some staff with Apple or Andriod mobile devices

Available To

All Staff Administrators and other staff based on their role.

Getting Started

Use the [ Create Ticket ] button to request any of the following:

  • Request a new phone. 
  • Request a phone upgrade. 
  • Issues with any phones that have been deployed.

Additional Information

Please include your name, role, and reason for the request alongside any other additionally information within the ticket. 

Service is available 24×7 except for scheduled maintenance
