This service is available to all users.
Getting Started
- Backup: Data stored in college applications, databases, and file systems is routinely backed up.
- Restore: In the event of data loss or accidental file deletion, users can initiate a restore request using the [Create Ticket] button. An authorized member of the ITS team will assist you in retrieving the lost data. Please provide as much information as possible about the missing files and/or folders.
