Service Overview
Wired data services are provided to a variety of devices around the college. Ports are installed where we expect equipment to reside based on the area floor plan. Each port is configured for a specific device and purpose and can not be used otherwise.
As per the College's Appropriate Use Policy (#6-604), only members of the ITS Department, or those they have expressly authorized to do so, can physically connect a device to the College's hardwired data network.

Getting Started
Click [ Create Ticket ] to request or report any of the following:
- Connect & configure a data port - A member of the ITS team will connect a device to an existing data port and configure the port accordingly.
- New data port - Be sure to provide the exact location and purpose of the data port. These requests can take up to one month to complete.
- Report an issue - If a data port is not working or appears damaged.
