Service Overview
Email distribution groups are used by authorized senders to send emails to a defined group of internal users. The group can be defined statically or dynamically based on specific criteria.
Available To
Staff, SAC and FSA.
Getting Started
Click [ Create Ticket ] to request a new email distribution group or modifications to an existing group.
The information needed to create a new email distribution group is:
- Group name
- Preferred email address
- Members - static list or defined by a data query
- A list of authorized senders
