The Cisco Webex suite of real-time collaboration tools provides chat, video/voice meetings & calls, screen sharing & whiteboard and more.
Fleming College provides students & staff with an @flemingcollege.ca email account as part of their Office 365 online suite of services.
Email distribution groups are used by authorized senders to send emails to a defined group of internal users.
College campus spaces are equipped with a variety of audio devices that can broadcast pre-recorded or live notification messages in the event of an emergency.
Part of the Office 365 suite of services, Microsoft (MS) Teams provides a tool for instant messaging, voice and video calls/meetings, screen-sharing, shared document repositories and more.
The College provides some staff with Apple or Andriod mobile devices
Microsoft Office 365 suite of products include online services and desktop software.
Staff with an assigned workspace can request a physical Cisco phone and personal extension. Shared line or service extensions are used to provide a phone extensions associated with a service or group of users.
Safety phones are located in common areas throughout the campus for the safety of the building occupants.
Slido can be used to create interactive presentations and virtual meetings using Webex, Microsoft Teams or PowerPoint.
A video messaging tool that makes recording, editing, and sharing short videos easy.
Phone extensions come with voicemail services including VM to email. If you have forgotten your VM password we can reset it for you.
Zoom provides voice and video calls/meetings with the ability to screen-share.
