Service Overview

Third Party vendors or Contractors without a Fleming account can submit a ticket by filling out the form "Request Third Party IT Support". Active Fleming College students and staff can browse our service catalog to submit their request.

Third Party Services who need Fleming ITS support who do not have an (Active Fleming account).

Getting Started

Please use [Request 3rd Party IT Support] button to submit the ticket. Tickets created by Fleming Active employees via this form will be rejected. If you have active Fleming account please use Request IT Support page.

  • Immediate Classroom Support: press #1 again.

  • General IT Support: press option #3
