Service Overview

Personal Extensions: Staff with an assigned workspace can request a physical Cisco phone and personal extension.

Shared line or service extensions are used to provide a phone extension that is associated with a specific College service or a group of users.

Dialling: When using a Fleming phone extension, dial "8" to get an outside line.

Additional Information

Soft-phone: Install Cisco Webex to use as a soft-phone to access your extension from a computer or mobile device.

Webex calling is a service feature incorporated into the Webex app that allows you to make and receive phone calls. At Fleming the service is called Unified CM. Ensure that you are using the latest webex app, if you don’t have Webex, you can download it from the Fleming College Webex portal site.
