Some College activities take place in locations not covered by the primary Fleming College wireless network. At these remote locations you can use the following wireless networks for Internet access:
Request that the college acquire new software that isn't already in our library of available software.
Users of Fleming's VPN service first install and then use the Palo Alto Global Protect VPN client software to remotely connect to the college's network.
Request an appointment with an AV/MM staff member to discuss the requirements for your upcoming event.
Equipment belonging to the ITS Department can only be moved by IT staff or those we authorize to do so on our behalf. Use this service request that IT equipment be moved.
Have the opportunity to shadow a Fleming student for a day in a program you are interested in.
H5P makes it easy to create, share and reuse HTML5 content and applications. H5P empowers everyone to create rich and interactive web experiences more efficiently - all you need is a web browser and a web site with an H5P plugin. This service offers connections for LMSs that embrace the LTI standard, such as Brightspace (D2L) and more. Authors can make and edit interactive videos, presentations, games, ads, and more with H5P.
Various classrooms and meeting rooms at the College feature in-room video conference equipment to facilitate real-time video, voice and shared-screen collaboration with remote participants.
Request a new or changes to student desktop application to be included in the annual student image.
Microsoft Office 365 suite of products include online services and desktop software.
Brightspace by D2L is the Learning Management System (LMS) used at Fleming College. New students get access to D2L once they are enrolled in at least one timetabled course for the current semester.
VMware software provides a suite of virtualization products. This software is available for academic (non-commercial) use under the terms of the vendor's free personal use licensing program.

Fleming College provides students & staff with an @flemingcollege.ca email account as part of their Office 365 online suite of services.
GitHub Enterprise accounts are available to students and staff to manage source code using Git.
College campus spaces are equipped with a variety of audio devices that can broadcast pre-recorded or live notification messages in the event of an emergency.
