Users of Fleming's VPN service first install and then use the Palo Alto Global Protect VPN client software to remotely connect to the college's network.


Articulate 360 is a subscription-based suite of applications and tools that allows you to create interactive eLearning courses.


Adobe Express is a user-friendly design tool for creating social media posts, flyers, logos, videos, and more. It includes templates, photo/video editing, and AI-powered features via Adobe Firefly.

Fleming College and iCent have developed an app to assist international students in preparing to transition to studies in Canada. The iCent app has many useful features.

Campus computers are accessible at Fleming College campuses, and remote-site computers are accessible at remote-site locations. Remote-site computers are not on Fleming’s main network; however, they still offer access to several products and services found on campus computers.

Before the College purchases any IT solution, we require that potential vendors complete a HECVAT questionnaire to assess their security practices before being entrusted with the college's sensitive information.


Video hosting/storage website. Videos can not be shared publically. The largest sharing group is Org-wide, which means that users must have a Fleming Office365 account in order to access any video you wish to widely share.


The College uses Oracle PeopleSoft, branded as Evolve at Fleming, our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.


Brightspace by D2L is the Learning Management System (LMS) used at Fleming College. New students get access to D2L once they are enrolled in at least one timetabled course for the current semester.


Turnitin is an Internet-based text matching software that scans submitted work, and compares it to material in public websites, academic journals and to assignments concurrently or previously submitted to Turnitin. After scanning, sections of a submission are outlined in colour in an originality report. Turnitin holds a database of all student papers previously submitted worldwide, current and archived internet web sites, periodicals/journals, books and other publications


Computer labs are classrooms that are equipped with desktop computers for student use.


Various classrooms and meeting rooms at the College feature in-room video conference equipment to facilitate real-time video, voice and shared-screen collaboration with remote participants.


Slido can be used to create interactive presentations and virtual meetings using Webex, Microsoft Teams or PowerPoint.
