OntarioLearn is an initiative that brings together all 24 of Ontario’s publicly-funded colleges to create a vast collection of shared online post-secondary courses. The OntarioLearn Portal provides students with access to the OntarioLearn course content.

Staff with an assigned workspace can request a physical Cisco phone and personal extension. Shared line or service extensions are used to provide a phone extensions associated with a service or group of users.

Azure Dev Tools for Teaching puts professional developer tools, software, and services from Microsoft in the hands of faculty and students. This software can be installed on personal (non-college) devices for non-commercial use. Some of the popular applications available include Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.


A variety of end-user peripheral devices are provided to accompany Fleming's desktop and mobile computing devices. This includes monitors, keyboards, mice and headsets.


Phone extensions come with voicemail services including VM to email. If you have forgotten your VM password we can reset it for you.


Users of Fleming's VPN service first install and then use the Palo Alto Global Protect VPN client software to remotely connect to the college's network.
