Service Overview

As part of HR's process when hiring new College employees, HR sends a "New Hire Pre-Boarding Form" to various service divisions to advise them of the new hire which initiates the process to request items needed by the new employee. For IT, this includes items such as:

  • User account and email address
  • Desk setup with IT equipment
  • Telephone requirements (extension and/or mobile)
  • Evolve access
