This form will be used for Student to Staff account conversion
Available To
Staff - This form should only be submitted by the student recently hired as a staff member or their direct supervisor.
Getting Started
Click [ Create Ticket ] and complete the form to submit a request to convert a student account to a staff account.
PLEASE READ: Be aware that this is a one-way process that can not be undone. By converting a student account to a staff account, any data contained therein, email and files will become property of the College. When you are no longer employed by the College the staff account will not be converted back to a student account. The account will be disabled and you will no longer have access to the staff account. If you become a student in the future a new account and email address will be created for you.
