Additional Information & FAQ
ArcGIS Pro requires you to be logged into the Fleming Organization to obtain a license. There are two login types and it defaults to the “Esri” one that will not work for Fleming members. Be sure to only enter your username and password into the login prompt where you see the Fleming College logo.
Installing on personal devices:
Obtain the installer from IT (do not use my.esri.com as recommended in the Esri documentation). Then follow the instructions at https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/install-and-sign-in-to-arcgis-pro.htm.
How do I back-up and manage my data and projects?
It is highly recommended you use your own personal flash or external drive plugged into a USB with ArcGIS Pro projects. Common GIS data can quickly fill up your limited Fleming account personal space.
What options do I have when my Fleming access expires?
Esri Canada provides student and personal licensing for non-commercial use at a significantly reduced cost. See the Esri.ca website for pricing and information on obtaining licensing directly.
