Service Overview

Scribe is a smart process and guide builder designed to streamline the creation of step-by-step guides. It is a user-friendly tool designed to simplify the documentation of processes within a company by automatically capturing the actions taken and screen shots while a user goes through the actions of a how to guide. Once complete, Scribe will output a formatted document that can be posted or exported to be shared with users.

Getting Started

  1. To log in, visit https://scribehow.com/signin
  2. Enter your Fleming email address (Jane.Doe@flemingcollege.ca).
  3. Click the "Sign in with SSO" button.
  4. Enter your Fleming username and password (these are the same credentials used on mycampus).
  5. You will be taken to the Scribe workspace dashboard and be able to get started with creating Scirbes or viewing documents within your given team. 
  6. To create Scribes you will need to install the desktop application and/or the browser extension for you web browser. Steps to install can be found within the Getting Started guide provided by Scribe.
