New Guest or Third-party Account

Service Overview

Guest and third-party accounts are used to provide individuals who are neither students nor staff with term-based access to IT resources.

All new third-party users are required to use MFA so they must have a compatible smartphone or mobile phone number able to receive SMS text messages.

Available To

Staff - Third-party accounts are created at the request of College Administrators.

Getting Started

Click [ Request Guest/3rd-Party Account ] and provide the following information:

  • Name of the individual who requires access.
  • The purpose of their access
  • The term or expiry date of their access.
