Overview
The Information Technology Services (ITS) Department has switched to using Team Dynamix (TDX) Service Portal for IT service delivery and support. The steps below outline the process to create an IT ticket.
How to Create a Ticket
1) Visit the TDX Service Portal
Go to tdx.flemingcollege.ca and click Service Catalog under the Information Technology heading.

2) Select the Category that best matches your request
3) Select the Service that best matches your request
Note: If you can't find a matching service, use the generic "Request IT Support" service under the General category.
4) Click the [ Create Ticket ] Button
(For some services the "create ticket" may have a more meaningful action name, such as "Request Access".)
5) Complete the Ticket Form
Provide as much relevant information as possible to help us resolve your request. Click the [ Submit ] button when done. A ticket confirmation email will be sent to your address. Please allow at least 1 business day for an initial response to most tickets. Response times may vary during busy semester start-up periods.
Where can I see the Tickets I've submitted?
- Visit tdx.flemingcollege.ca and click Sign In at the top right if you are not already logged in.
- Click Services and Ticket Requests from the menu bar to view your open tickets.
- You can change the Status Class drop-down to see closed tickets too.
