Password is an incredibly useful service that can be used as a password manager, digital vault, random password generator, and form filler. A key feature of 1Password is its OTP (one-time password) uses. This feature allows for shared accounts that have MFA (Multi-factor Authenticaion) enabled, that you don't wish to tie the account to a single users mobile authenticator or SMS number.

Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) by setting up the Microsoft Authenticator app as a sign-in method to access your Fleming account.

Fleming users are required to enrol in MFA to protect their Fleming account. We recommend each user enrol at least two methods of MFA authentication to ensure a backup method is available.

Using the Microsoft Authenticator App Offline

If you cannot use any of our preferred MFA authentication methods—i.e., an authenticator app, SMS text messages, or voice calls—then as a last resort, using a physical security key is an option.

Considered the most secure MFA sign-in method, the Microsoft Authenticator app gives you access to the self-serve password reset option as well as a simple process for switching phones. From within the app, simply use the backup option on your old phone and then use the recover option on your new phone
