S (Shared) Drive

Service Overview

A shared network drive is storage space that is accessible to multiple users and devices on the same network. The S: drive allows staff to share access to files and folders that are typically organized on a department, team or committee basis.

Getting Started

The S: drive is accessible to staff when logged into an on-campus PC under "My Computer" or remotely using VDI or MyWorkDrive.

Access to specific top-level folders on the S: drive is granted based on approval from a manager. See Access Requests for more details.

Use the [Create Ticket] button to request support for your S: drive access.
