Service Overview
Microsoft Teams Phone provides cloud-based telephony fully integrated into Microsoft Teams, enabling users to make and receive phone calls from their computer or mobile device. The service is only available as a software/virtual phone, not when using a physical handset.
Each user is assigned a new 10-digit phone number. The number is completely separate from the College's main lines and related phone extensions.
Voicemail is included.
Available To
Full-time staff.
This service is primarily meant as an alternative option to phone extension or mobile phones, where appropriate.
